I keep getting texts from Dobdob

Someone picked you as their snitch. Tap the stop link in any of our texts and you'll never get another one.

I flopped but I did it

Tap the flop on Today, or in History (up to a week back), then Appeal.

Someone posted a bad photo

Open the photo and tap Report this photo. We look at every report within 24 hours. You can also block the person from their name.

Someone's name or messages are out of order

Tap them (in Mates, a board, or Snitching), then the ⋯ button, then Report. They aren't told it was you. Block them from the same menu.

I forgot my password

On the log-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link. Signed up with Apple or Google? Just use that button again: there's no password.

I didn't get the confirm email

Check spam for an email from hello@dobdob.app. Still nothing? Try logging in: the app offers to send it again.

Something's broken, or I've got an idea

Settings, then Send feedback. Or email hello@dobdob.app.

Cancel Dobdob Pro

iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Android: Play Store, Payments and subscriptions.

Close my account

In the app: Settings, Close my account. Sign back in within 30 days to change your mind. After that, everything's deleted.

Change my email or password

If you signed up with email: Settings, then Change email or Change password.

Get a copy of my data

Settings, then Download my data.
